More Union Pacific
In an earlier article about this Alan Moon game design, I recommended you browse the web and check out the available variants and suggested rule tweaks. With input from Gordon Lamont, here are some links to get you started.
Mark Jackson's Game Central Station had an excellent collection of variants and hints. And his site had good material on other games, too. [Webmaster: but the site is now gone. If nayone knows where to, do tell.]
Rick Heli's spotlight on games site has a 19th Century variant for Union Pacific. And his site is even more jam packed with stuff about the games world.
The Graduate Library Gamers' variants are short and sweet. But the main site has a railroad games support page with plenty to whet your appetite if you have any interest in railway games.
